These Terms and Conditions together with Pacvac Pty Ltd’s Privacy, Shipping and Delivery, Warranty, Refund and Returns policies, constitute an agreement between Pacvac Pty Ltd (Pacvac, we, our, us) and you, the visitor and/or customer (you, your).

Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions set out below. By browsing / using our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pacvac reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, without providing notice to you. Continued use of the website after any amendments, constitutes an agreement by you to abide by the new Terms and Conditions.

By using this website, you agree and accept responsibility for all activities that occur using your account and password, maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer.

Our online store currently accepts orders placed by customers with a delivery address within Australia only.

The delivery times provided on this website are simply estimates only, and Pacvac will not be held accountable or responsible for late deliveries. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for further information.

Prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

Pacvac warrants all our machines and machine components against faulty material and / or workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase (excluding the battery pack and charger of which Pacvac warrants for a period of one year from date of purchase), however the policy does not cover reasonable wear through use of any consumable parts. A refund or replacement can be issued whereby items are deemed to have a major defect when first received by you. Please refer to our Refund and returns policy for further information on your eligibility for a refund or replacement and the process to complete a claim.

In order to process orders placed through the WA School’s Portal, we may require evidence of your eligibility.

To be eligible for our education prices:

• Orders need to be placed by a teacher or administrative staff member working at and ordering for a registered public school in Western Australia, and
• Members must be using an official email ending with “education.wa.edu.au”.

Pacvac reserves the right to cancel some, or part of your order if:

• We learn that you are not a teacher or administrative staff as outlined above, and
• Your purchases are not for education or research purposes.

If your order is cancelled in these circumstances, you’ll be informed in writing and refunded any money that has been paid.

We attempt to display product images shown on the website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the device you are viewing the website on.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
